If you are not going to allow nintendo switch players to play please initiate a refund for my purchase. If I don't get an actual message from you I will go to Nintendo and initiate one there.

I contacted Nintendo support for a refund and they told me to contact the publisher. So I put in a ticket to SDS asking if they have any obligation to either restore the servers or refund my money because it feels like they want to do neither.

SDS WONT initiate a refund. You have to contact the company of the console that you bought the game.
However, if Microsoft and Nintendo are the same as Sony, and the game was bought digitally, you can only request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Also, if they (Nintendo) WOULD refund you this late, and it was purchased digitally, chances are they would have to lock your account; so any other games on that account won't be playable.
I'm sorry you guys are going through this. But you have had almost 8 mos that you have been able to play this game, if you bought it on release day, so any refund wouldn't be issued.
Unfortunately all Switch owners can do right now is wait until they either give another update or fix the issue.
Again, as I mentioned before, this happened a couple years ago, when it was PS exclusive and they had server issues for at least 2 mos; where we couldn't stay connected. So we do feel your pain.

That's a refund for normal circumstances not this. That would be extremely illegal they are not providing what we paid for that is fraud. I really don't even care about the money at this point its the principle.

The only way you'll get a refund is if SDS initiates it. Doubtful that happens unless they can't fix the issue.

I'm not trying to be negative. I'm trying to tell you what will happen from experience. The only time I remember a company that gave a full refund was when CyberPunk crashed a few years ago.
You're going on 5 days of not having online service. That's different. Again, a few years back PS users (game was console exclusive) went 2 months, give or take, without online access. SDS compensated us 20K in stubs and a The Show 20pk bundle.
Some of you are asking for a full refund, on a game you've played for almost 8 mos, for timed programs to be extended, for Event rewards to just be given away, or fir them to actually shut down the servers for other users. All this over a little less than a week if not being able to play.
Maybe some of us are just tired of the constant complaining, threats, etc.
Give SDS time to figure this out, IF it ALL on their end.

il be 100% honest with u I studied law in school before I got kicked out because I became a heroin addict and alcoholic. I struggled with that for about 13 yrs I've been sober now for a couple yrs. I go to work the gym my meetings then come home and that little free time I have at Night the most dangerous for me I play this and it helps me stay sober. Don't care what anyone says trust me been through it all heard it all but trays why. U never know what people are going through man just a heads up.

So ya their ya go bud. Somtimes the littlest things in life can really make a dramatic difference. Especially when it can truly end up being a life or death matter. But hey that's life right.

Me too was addicted to oxys . Now on suboxone and gaming helps also with cravings. I know how you feel bro. I be been sober now almost 2 months.
