SDS: Servers do suck. They dont care about the servers, they care about hyping the new programs and diamond duos in their social media

Time? They can't give that because they don't know how long it will take to troubleshoot any type of potential fix.
That they're still working on it? One would assume that if it's not working; they're still working on a fix.
So what kind of update could they give?
Why are you so fricking rude? As customers we have a right to ask questions and expect reasonable responses. If it's a maintenance, then give us warning. If it's down due to something else, they will respond when they can.
There's no reason to be rude or dismissive to players who post their concerns or frustrations.

Funny how it all happened right after they updated the wednesday wonder.....with packs that are trash and rewards not worth the time and now switch players are left out of the loop.....but playstation company so no way they let that happen to the playstation fan base ...just nintendo users. Yup company just only cares about their $ priorities.

I’m selfish thinking about me in all this. Thank you for pointing out all the children that can’t speak out about it. It has to be really bad for them aswell. I’m just so [censored] upset about it and also a lot of the other console people that probably push people over in wheelchairs making fun is just crazy. I never knew how much I actually do like playing this game until this really. Like I’ve said previously it is like a medicine for me. I play no man sky as like the chill and this game would give me the hype. Anyway hope this gets resolved soon.

This O think proves how much the switch version is used that it is a big talking point
Personally I use my switch version more then my Xbox or.PS version as I can just play it anywhere. Hope it's fixed soon

We would like to play! There is a new program out today and I think we all want to play it. At least give us an update? Maybe give us switch players some stars to the program along with the new diamond duos pack, a chase pack, and a few show packs. It’s only fair, as we could have earned that in the past THREE DAYS that we could have been playing. I’m sure your job is hard, I get it, but, it is your job to fix it. Once again, we want to play!

Looks like we're going to have to wait until Monday; it's after 5PM in San Diego, so I doubt any one's working it over the weekend.
Would have been nice to get an update from SDS today though.

I am part of the switch community but also play this primarily on ps5. It’s absolute BS that they are leaving us in the dark with zero info
