The whole thing about his case that still feels flimsy to me is the fact that she didn't deny the "rough" play, she said he "took it too far", and that's what the issue was.

At no point in this discussion did anyone condone of Mr Bauer's alleged behavior and only stated that it's dangerous to prosecute someone without adequte evidence I don't understand Rhinos issue with that
