Stupid question

Ok I've been playing the show for a while but for some reason my exp points aren't going towards anything. I opened up Diamond Dynasty and made my roster up to date for season 3. I was playing rtts and my exp isn't going down the rewards path. Any help will be appreciated.

It might be that your created player could be considered a free agent whereas a lot of the XP is team affiliated this year. I don’t know for certain but wanted to offer what little I have to offer towards solving it.
Give it a bit there are fellas here that will know the answer to this 100% and they’ll help you.Best of luck!

It's doing it in every mode though. When I play anything and I get xp it does the same thing.
