August POTM

Have we had a player get 2 cards in the same game cycle? Ke'Bryan Hayes is arguably the NL POTM but he already has a card from the June program.
Side note, but Johan Oviedo has had a good month as well, including a CGSO

Mookie is the shoe in, hitting .454 for the month compared to about .330 for Hayes.
But I haven’t seen anyone get two high end monthly cards in same year, but @SaveFarris_PSN would know better than me.

No one's ever had current POTM cards for the same year. (I think JP Crawford(?) may have had a current year POTM and Classic POTM one cycle but don't quote me.)
What's funny is the original ethos of the card was it was supposed to reward lesser players with a great card that otherwise wouldn't have one. (It's why Rhys Hoskins got the August 2017 card instead of Giancarlo Stanton.) But this year, all the Lightning card rewardees have (or had) high diamonds already.

Looking at stats and if someone didnt get in trouble this Month, they were actually on a better pace through 10 games than J Rod.
And Ohtani while being in a slump for him, still had a 1.004 OPS.
Bryce Harper was also better than J Rod.
