Why is my Paul skenes a no sell from the all star program? It’s not part of a collection, and it’s not on any team. I tried to sell it but isn’t when I got it but it says no sell???

Was it out of a program or flash sale that had the choice of HRD/ASG or draft picks rare round but was no sale?

A. It is part of a Collection: Set 3
B. If you got it from the pack where you pick from all the rare rounds, it's no-sell.
