Twitch Drops Thread

My Twitch says "Not connected" but I don't have the option to Link. I went into Twitch and I don't see a previous connection. Any ideas?

Make sure you create an MLB The Show account, and then link your PlayStation, Xbox or Switch, and once have that, you can link Twitch.

You shouldn't have to relink if your account looks like Step 3, so an MLB The Show Account with an PlayStation, Xbox or Switch account linked AND Twitch.
There were instances of players having an MLB The Show Account with just a Twitch Account linked, but no platform account linked. Moving forward linking Twitch will be disabled until a PlayStation, Xbox or Switch account is linked correctly.

I have all accounts linked but packs arent showing in game, i claimed 2 packs so far on twitch.

I’ve claimed 4 packs and have all accounts linked but am not seeing the packs in game

For anyone having trouble with it not showing the “Link” button for twitch it’s because you’re currently logged in through your Microsoft/PSN account, log out of that and sign in with your MLB the Show account and it will let you link.

Correct. You should only be able to link Twitch when logged into your MLB The Show Account. You shouldn't be able to link Twitch if you login with your PSN, Xbox or Nintendo Switch account.

After you claim, you will need to start or restart your game if you are currently playing. If they don't appear, please submit a ticket.

I unlinked and relinkes twitch and the yellow bar went away. I'll assume the packs show up now.

My accounts are all linked, but no packs in-game. I can claim the drops from Twitch, however they do not show up in the game.
