Cannot upload creating stadiums

Is it me or is it really really hard to upload your creative stadiums I mean you can try for really almost a whole hour just upload upload upload and it's denied it's very very hit or miss with these servers That's the biggest issue I have right now noticing that at online gameplay right season you see player choppiness animations really wish this small stuff would get fixed massively

On Ps 4 its bad . I had to drop Dela Cruz 100,000 stubbs player becauxse he killed my framerates so bad. They cant fix none of this .Dont wait or expect no action hoss, it aint coming. Havent gotten half my moneys worth out of 23and 24 dont look promising either LOL.
