What’s the best way to get program stars after you’ve done everything?

Does gaining more XP per mode get you more stars, or do you just have to play more? I’ve been trying to figure this out.

Stars are tied to XP. I don't know how much XP is 1 star though.

It’s like 1 star per 2000 xp or something like that

It never was, it was 3000xp, just so happens you usually get around 1000xp per inning.

Meaning you can play game modes outside of DD? Or offline as in conquest games or against cpu on higher difficulties

Yes. If you’re getting XP, you’re getting program stars.
At least that was true last year.

control all 8 players, 4 minute round, Arcade, timeouts off... and just swing away! you get 4 stars a derby, 25 xp per HR... so about 9000xp per derby
