Missing unlockable uniforms

Why are there missing uniforms in the unlockables?
I especially miss the White Sox Black Alternate Home and Away.
Another one that is missing is the Blue Alternate of the Braves.

Because they're going to be in the Unlockables packs for TA 4, 5,6 and/or in future Diamond Duos packs.
