2 inning Saves

I’ve been trying to get the 10 saves with Wagner for the extreme program and so I’ve been using him for the last 2 innings of games with conquest and play vs CPU, but none of them have been counting as saves. Did they take out 2 inning saves?

It's not 2 innings ,its 3 .

It's not 2 innings ,its 3 .
In Conquest it's the last inning if you're up by 3 or less. The regular MLB saves rule has other parameters, but I don't know if they apply to Conquest.
For 9 inning games, if you're up by more than 3 with nobody on base (at the time of the relief), it's 3 innings. The safest move is to put your CP in the 7th with no outs.

Just make sure you arent up by more than 3. I was doing conquest extreme when I got all mine. Bring him in ion the 2nd inning up by 3 or less, and then you can score all you want in the 3rd. So if you are up 3-0 and bring him in bottom 2nd, you can score all you want in top 3rd as long as he finishes the game he will get the save.

Yeah, it’s either 3 innings in a 9 inning game or the last inning when you’re up by 3 or less.

Just get the first 2 outs w/ any other pitcher...walk til you're only up by 3. Bring in Wagner to get the last out. Don't give up a Tater. There's your save

You can also pitch the 7th, 8th, and 9th of a 9 inning game, regardless of the score to get a save.
Not related to conquest but just throwing a tip out there if you didn’t know. It’s also a great way to rack of PXP

NyQuil = yes although my wife has questioned if I just took it last night even though I didn’t need it. How could she…..know?

You don't have to be up by three. Its a save situation if the tying run is on deck. You could be up five with two outs walk the bases loaded then bring in wagner and get the save.

You’d think she’d let her guard down eventually but nope. She said Lenny (played by the peerless John Malcovich) from “Of Mice and Men” looked less guilty after he accidentally killed his puppy than I did with that NyQuil. I knew I shouldn’t have drank that second bottle
