Mookie is my last NL and AL I have degromm, judge, and ohtani left to go. I’ve saved up around 75k stubs and decided I’d just keep saving and buy Betts first so I can at least have Sosa…even though it’s that McGwire that I’m dreaming about lol
Best of luck bud, it's the Wagner thats the real prize out of the AL West in my opinion especially if you can’t get the one out of the Extreme program. I havn't liked McGwire's swing this year. Sosa is great though and Jeter is amazing and i still use that card a lot for team builds.
I'm now 75 cards away from having everything, going after the Baez card because, A. I'm a Cubs fan and must eventually have all of their cards, and B. because it gets me closer to Matt Cain in the Extreme program.

I'm about to complete Extreme. I bought the three collection cards which gave a huge boost. Did conquest, Completed Wagner mission and I am about to complete Marte. Cain is three games away. Didn't even bother with most of the moments. Only did the easy Griffey and the multiple game ones. It is very easy to complete this program as just an average player. Which is nice.

Yup, once i get to 500k today and get Baez i'll have 95 points. Conquest done, Piazza 15 HR's done, Wagner 10 Saves done, + the collection and the Wagner, Griffey Jr, Soto, and perfect game. This was a surprisingly fun program.

I just completed the Live Series last week as well. I wasn't in a rush as the rewards weren't all that great for me. Jeter, Sammy and Mark are ok, but there are much better options at all 3 positions.

Congrats! I hope you enjoy the Big Mac card. The crazy thing is last night I finished the NL. I needed the Dodgers, Mets, and Cardinals. I saw the price on Arenado and Goldy so that was easy, bought some of the silver and golds for the Dodgers and Mets. I was sitting at 18k in stubs, I said screw it I'm going to buy a 10-pack bundle, which I never do, this was the first one I have bought all year.
I pull one diamond, it is blue and I get excited, out comes Sean Murphy. Oh well, I think, between that card and some of the gold cards and jerseys I have made my stubs back. So I open my silver pack. The card is blue. I have heard of people getting diamonds from silver packs but I have never had it happen. So I flip the card and the color is teal. Now I'm thinking this has to be something good. Out walks Mookie. I'm beyond stunned. I could sell him, but there aren't really any cards I want right now, or I could sell 3 cards I don't use much and finish the Dodgers and buy Diaz to finish the Mets.
So I sold the 3 cards and now I have Sosa. I need the Yankees, Rangers, and Angels to complete the AL, so that might take a bit, but it will be fun trying out this Sosa. Sorry for the novel!

Ok I’ve just played thru the conquest thru the Dodgers and took a break before the Diamondbacks. So far I’ve managed to win by shutout these first 5 or so and guess what just happened in the final inning of the game!? I did something I’ve never done even in rookie mode and that was that I struck out the side looking with John Franco haha 3 backward Ks to close out the victory…THATs going in my video clip collection fo sho!!
I did the Wagner moment like you said but have blown the Cain one twice now; once in 6th and once in the 8th haha but still having fun! Man I can’t wait to get his card

It really is all about the concentration haha I zone out sometimes and just toss up a basketball and it’s all over lol. I got past AZ though they did beat me one game before I won. I was able to steal me 4 from the As and it looks like I’ll be able to play some on veteran for awhile on the way to that Braves spot but I should get it by the 3rd I hope…and I saw that crazy looking hex on the far end with about 50 on it what’s that noise lol! I have been taught by the forum to sim under no circumstance so I’m going to remember that should I ever get over to it! Hey man thanks for all your sage advice!

That hex should fall to about 44, and absolutely i made the mistake of simming that one (whatever you do DON'T sim it lol) i won but i still regret it.
I've been looking forward to The Last Voyage of the Demeter all year, that could be the best Dracula movie since Bram Stokers Dracula in 1992 but it will be a very tough task because that movie is amazing.

I've been looking forward to The Last Voyage of the Demeter all year, that could be the best Dracula movie since Bram Stokers Dracula in 1992 but it will be a very tough task because that movie is amazing.
Saw the preview for the first time during the Yankees / Astros game this evening and boy it looks wicked…loved Oldman in that flic (and every flic) and also enjoyed the Dracula movie with Bard the bowman from Hobbit as well he was good in that one I thought

Mookie is my last NL and AL I have degromm, judge, and ohtani left to go. I’ve saved up around 75k stubs and decided I’d just keep saving and buy Betts first so I can at least have Sosa…even though it’s that McGwire that I’m dreaming about lol
Best of luck bud, it's the Wagner thats the real prize out of the AL West in my opinion especially if you can’t get the one out of the Extreme program. I havn't liked McGwire's swing this year. Sosa is great though and Jeter is amazing and i still use that card a lot for team builds.

Do the conquest and just take your time with it, that gives you 25 points, then just do the perfect game (it may take a few tries but it's one of the easier moments) and then the Billy Wagner 7 games (they are all 1 inning long) that gives you 35 points and Billy Wagner
Ok I’ve just played thru the conquest thru the Dodgers and took a break before the Diamondbacks. So far I’ve managed to win by shutout these first 5 or so and guess what just happened in the final inning of the game!? I did something I’ve never done even in rookie mode and that was that I struck out the side looking with John Franco haha 3 backward Ks to close out the victory…THATs going in my video clip collection fo sho!!
I did the Wagner moment like you said but have blown the Cain one twice now; once in 6th and once in the 8th haha but still having fun! Man I can’t wait to get his card
Keep at it with the Cain moment i assure you it will happen and it's worth it, just try to not lose concentration lol.
Once you pass the LA Dodgers in the conquest you should be able to play on All Star or below
It really is all about the concentration haha I zone out sometimes and just toss up a basketball and it’s all over lol. I got past AZ though they did beat me one game before I won. I was able to steal me 4 from the As and it looks like I’ll be able to play some on veteran for awhile on the way to that Braves spot but I should get it by the 3rd I hope…and I saw that crazy looking hex on the far end with about 50 on it what’s that noise lol! I have been taught by the forum to sim under no circumstance so I’m going to remember that should I ever get over to it! Hey man thanks for all your sage advice!

That hex should fall to about 44, and absolutely i made the mistake of simming that one (whatever you do DON'T sim it lol) i won but i still regret it.

Also if you have the stubs, buy Bruce Sutter and Glavine. That’s 13 points there. Must do so by Aug 11. I might get Baez as well, it’s not like my stubs are doing anything else useful.

When you say do by August 11th is there a cutoff for when this exchange needs to be done? I played the event, kept Sutter but sold Glavine because it was a ton of stubs at the time. I figured he would be in the rewind pack in the next event and i would grab him and then exchange at that point. If Im wrong im going to buy him back before the event ends.
