Beyond Fruatrated with Unhandled server exception occurred

I have put in a ticket on a few times and I haven't gotten any updates what so ever about this issue. I can't play Diamond Dynasty, moments, or the Negro League stories. On the other hand I can play Online Rated, Online Co-op, Challenge of The week and Homerun Derby online. I was asked about firewall and added settings, rebooted my router and even talked with my ISP who hasn't made changes. I don't get it, I am sure the support team for SDS studios are dealing with a lot but not getting an update and have to repeatedly ask for updates and not seeing a service message is frustrating.
Anyone else seeing this error got their issue resolved ?!

Yes mine got fixed about an hour ago. I didn’t do anything, it resolved by itself. Good luck to you
