Cannot play new Shark Map Conquest (Unhandled server exception occurred”

Every-time I try to battle a stronghold the game says “you need at least 5 starting pitchers, please adjust before playing”. So I go to my lineup screen and it says “An unhandled server exception occurred.” Will I every be able to play to get my rewards? Or will I ever be able to manage my lineup screen.

I have the same problem this game doesn’t care about their players. Haven’t been able to access my lineup screen for 2 weeks. I’ve send dozens for emails to the support email. Get the same automated email in return. @sds you guys are the worst. Y’all can’t fix your own game ?

Have you tried having the CPU generate a lineup and the edit that lineup?

Go into the Roster screen and select square. (I think it's square)
The 'Generate Best Roster' option.

Nobody with this problem can get into the roster screen.

Thats the problem, they can't even access their roster, it's not as simple a answer as the Mini Seasons one.

Just wanted to let him feel important if it was that easy it wouldn’t be a problem

Has anyone tried to open show packs and try to add to lineup from the pack screen? Just curious I haven’t had this problem but I would be frustrated.

Tried it and didn't work. This was one of the better fix suggestions and I thought it might work.

This issue ever gonna be fixed? Been almost 3 weeks now, can't do anything. When is update 13 coming out? Tired of this unhandled server exception

I even tried downloading the companion app hoping I could edit lineup from there. The screen is blank and it says this feature will return later
