Sometimes i keep it high n move in circles before. And other times i keep it dead center n stay still until i see the pitch. Just trying to see what works best for me
I keep mine right above the pitchers point of release it helps me focus on the pitch better

I prefer not to use the pci at all. It distracts the fool out of me and getting rid of it has helped me tremendously. You concentrate fully on the release point and your eyes/thumbs do the rest and you’re never aware of the fact of when it’s reduced due to vision attribute and, only speaking for me, this was my biggest issue with the pci. It really got in my head.

The PCI is still there in the background, you just can’t see it. A few years ago I went with no visual PCI and did excellent. I can’t remember why I went back to it.

In Bazzaro world where everything is the opposite then yes, I would a total casual but I play at a level that probably less than 5% of players play at which is Legend hitting and Pitching with max pitch speeds where pitch recognition takes less than .6 seconds. Tell your DD friends that Canucklehead and I hope you newbs don't get too triggered to finish your hot pockets.

I anchor my PCI middle away and have the bat pci sit middle in pre-pitch. Helps me get to outside pitches and I sit inside hard.
There are days I'm really good and other days I tell myself "hey make sure you turn on this inside sinker" and I'm still late and pop up to 1B.

It’s so easy to hit the CPU who will pitch traditionally, I don’t think he can deal with an experienced player pitching him in a non traditional way.

I start my PCI in the center and push up just slightly. Then, 75% of the time, no matter where the pitch is, I jam the PCI into the dirt.

You DD guys are incredibly. You can't go beyond what the game allows Einstein, max pitch speed is max pitch speeds, there isn't a ludicrous or plaid pitch speed settings. The reason for playing at that pitch speed isn't the fact it's fast necessarily or close to real life which is about. 6 seconds reaction to real life which can be .5. It's the pitch recognition, that's the key, your inherent ability to determine what that pitch is going to be and if it warrants a swing. This is what determines a good player from a casual one. When you play DD you are forced to play at an All-Star level with default pitch speeds, it would be boring to me, it's like playing slow pitch baseball, like when you lob the ball underhand.
As for playing the CPU, this is why there are Sliders to adjust, I swear 70% of you DD guys don't realize there is a slider setting. I go though painstaking testing and adjustments for hours to get RL results with Sliders, the point is to mimic a simulated season of baseball. Once you get this right, the CPU does a very good job in representing the batter/pitcher battle, more so than the majority of you casuals. And getting back to pitch recognition at max pitch speeds, once you're good enough at that speed, this so called expirenced player can throw whatever they want, you think this player is gonna cheese me or get the best of me?, get a grip dude, the small percentage of guys that play at max speeds on Legend and can recognition pitches on a regular basis are the best players at this game.

You can't be this thick Canucklehead, you've said twice that I was a DD player but I have never played DD in my life. Is this a lie or did you get me confused with someone else? Which one is it? If you would of been honest upfront, maybe I would of played you. Go look back and look at our past interactions Canucklehead, you'd see you mentioned I was a DD player and that I sucked at it and thats why i play franchise.
