Grey Screens ios and no sync with platform

On the iOS companion app none of the order related functions are working… my orders feature is not showing the outstanding buy and sell orders that the game itself (on switch) is showing. My completer orders feature remains stuck in ‘fetching data’.

In addition when I select a player card to sell either from my inventory or community market place is shows a grey screen and nothing can be bought or sold as market information is never showing…

Been like this for 3 days now… can buy and sell perfectly from game and stubs amount is showing okay in app so there is a connection.

Restarted and reinstalled app multiple times but does not do anything.
