Grey screen in squads section

On the app on strictly The Show 23 if i go into squads section i get a grey screen. This will only happen on the show 23 and it works perfectly fine on the show 22. i have tried uninstalling the app and restarting my phone. how can i fix this if this has happened to anyone else

Been a problem for several days now. No squads showing up in addition to other issues
