Some pretty high rated cards for guys who might never step foot on a major league field. Anybody gonna cry about these guys as much as they cried about nicknames?
I was thinking last night about how much I hated Kaiju and really disliked Incognito once they changed the names in the game, however I love this. I guess it really is just another example of how everything is not going to appeal to everyone. I really do understand people not liking this, but it appeals to me because the draft is always one of the most exciting days of the year for my family. I really just love this entire week with the draft, home run derby and All Star Game. It is just a great week to market the game.
My 10 year old also woke up trying to decide if he should blow his 100k in stubs on Skenes, Crews or Langford. He is obviously the minority of 10 year olds who play this game though.
I don’t mind either but it’s just hilarious to me the level of anxiety inducing rants that went on about cards because they had nicknames or because a giant mosquito was in the field for a couple moments. I have a dead person manning first. I get my realism in my franchise.

I knew you didn't mind and I appreciate that. My comment was about myself as much as anything. These draft cards made me realize that some people might love Kaiju just as much as I love draft cards. It is easy for some of us to forget how big of an audience they really are trying to appeal to.

Sounds like there’s some kids with a good daddy at home to me brother. Having the kids up and involved with the draft sounds like an exciting and fun loving home to grow up in

I’m very close to spending the stubs on Dylan Crews. Problem is I need to see his batting stance first.

Enjoy the time playing with your son! I got into this game 4 years ago because of my now 15 year old son. He’s way better than me (could easily be WS as he stopped at CS last season just because he was tired of it) but we enjoy playing each other now and then. Trying to teach him how to flip as my one advantage over him right now is that I have every card basically

I tried all of them last night. I worked the market and made a little bit of money selling them back. I really don’t think you can make a wrong pick if you get the 99 round. Crews and Langford are both really well rounded. Max Clark was really good. He really reminds me of Corbin Carrol. It’s too early for me to say which one is best but it might be Max Clark. He turns everything into a double or triple and his swing great. Im gonna try them again today and really see for sure what I think.

I really like his swing. He’s going catch for me until I get Adley. After using the cards last night and today I think the best card out of them is Max Clark. He’s been unreal. The most surprising is Jacob Gonzalez. Both of them have incredible swings.

I don’t watch college baseball, so to me they all look like create a player names lol, but I will always support adding cards for draft and future stars because it does help grow the game, and when some guys do make the majors, it’s always a little more fun if you’ve played with their card or had success with one.
