Game isn’t giving XP

The game hasn’t given me any xp for almost a week now. I thought it was maybe just an end of season glitch but even this new season I’m not getting xp. Please help me fix this because it seems like a waste of time to not get xp for playing

When this happened with MLB22 I deleted and reinstalled the game and it fixed the problem.
