Yeah the free Diamond Duos pack as part of the Head Start rewards for completing programs in Season 2.

When you accomplish certain goals in S2, you get S3 Head Start rewards. One of those rewards is a Guaranteed Diamond Duos pack containing a diamond card (the only card in the pack).

I don't know. I collected mine, so it says No Sell on it.
Edit: I take it back. It is sellable. I just checked the market.
