I'm not understanding what you are saying...if you have 150k and buy anything your stubs go down
You said
"Cards are cheaper...but stubs are less"
Except thats' not true for me, my stubs didn't go any less, they go FURTHER because cards are cheaper. If your point is IF YOU BUY SOMETHING YOUR STUBS GO DOWN.
was that not true yesterday? or the day before? Saying stubs go down as you spend stubs is saying water is wet.I mean you earn less stubs so cards being cheaper isn't much of a benefit
And the part that has me confused is you had 150k bought stuff but still have 150k...how is that possible?

How do I earn less stubs? They can't take away the 150k stubs sitting there waiting to be spent. So I don't have less stubs.
I don't have 150k in bought stuff, that's my point. I didn't buy anything because I knew it would get devalued,
So I still have my 150k on hand, yet I can buy MORE cards then I could yesterday because prices are cheaper. -

How does making cards cheaper make stubs harder to come by?
Let's use the prospect packs as an example.Say the low tier was at 10k before they released the free packs, The free packs lowered them to quick sell at 5k.
Did I lose out on 5k because they released free packs? No, that is faulty logic. I wouldn't have had the chance to make that 10k because I wouldn't have the pack in the first place.

I didn't say the cards being cheaper makes stubs harder to come by....stubs are are harder to come by in general...so if you make less subs the cards being cheaper doesn't really matter

I know I've earned way less stubs so far this year then I did last year...so the fact that I've earned less stubs mean I can't afford the cheaper cards

So cards being cheaper doesn't matter? It absolutely does matter
It's very simple math.
If I have 150k
and two days ago Pearson was 50k
and now he's 30k,
that makes a huge difference.
Suddenly I have 20k more to spend elsewhere. So saying cheaper cards doesn't "matter" is silly

Then I make more stubs, I sell an inning boss, I grind showdown and affinity (which has been great for stubs). I make WS and sell that etc.
You absolutely did say that, do I need to quote it?
"I mean you earn less stubs so cards being cheaper isn't much of a benefit"
Are you saying saving 20k isn't much benefit? Because if saving 20k isn't much of a benefit, that's saying the 20k is really easy to make, which is opposite of what your saying. So that 20k actually means alot therefore, cheaper cards do as well. -

Kind of cheesy they did the flash sale rush and buy these packs before they give them all away, and they knew it. Effectively destroying their value

So a person who saved up 10k to buy Drew Waters, doesn't benefit when he's surprised to see he only has to spend half that? There is no benefit to him whatsoever?

Showdown has been a blessing for me.
Make a profit almost every time, plus you get a free pack.
I even pulled Scherzer from a guaranteed silver pack today.
