Twitch drops still haven’t come in

I am still waiting on 9 packs from the twitch event over the weekend. Every time I’ve contacted the customer support,I’ve got no answer. Almost like they do not exist. Ready to delete this game

I doubt they’re coming. But if 9 packs of commons/bronzes is going to make you delete the game, I think you’ve already decided what you want to do.

I’m still missing 4 “Kaiju special” packs…doubt I’m ever gonna see them and those are guaranteed diamonds…and I’m still gonna play the game tonight…and tomorrow…I don’t understand these “I don’t have my packs screw SDS I’m done” posts

Were you in one of the 4 player streams that had the diamond packs... did you redeem the packs from the Twitch notification?

I know I was in YeYo's stream and I got my packs... I wasn't getting them when the game first released from the dev streams that had drops but once I unlinked and linked back my account all my Twitch redeemed packs came rolling in...
