Why does the 2nd inning program only go up to 600 stars?
-
I made it to about 900 last time so this is kinda disappointing
-
They probably nerfed xp again like last year.

Shorter time frame is my assumption
No doubt. I think the only reason the first one was 1000 was because of early access as well

Yep, shorter time. Only 21 days

They already nerfed it once after the first weekend. Same time as the notorious hitting patch.

Yep, but look how many were still bragging about hitting 1000.

They're not looking at how many people were bragging on a message board. They were looking at the actual metrics behind the scenes to see who earned what.
-
does anyone know if you can still complete 1st inning program showdown and redeem rewards
-
Did you earn stars for it yet?
If no, yes.
If yes, no. -

I only hit 300 barely.
Almost all of those (at least the ones I checked) who bragged about hitting 1,000 put in 200 plus hours in less than a month. They are the minority. They are the outliers. Put in a more reasonable, and probably much more common, 10 to 20 hours a week and see how far you get.
I honestly believe that they are in danger of losing players like myself. Players who only play offline and are unable to put together a successful Showdown run. Without Showdown's 75 points it is a tough road to 300 filled with a whole lot of grinding the US conquest map multiple times.
