Kaiju twitch drop packs

Still nothing for me. 7 packs and 1 special. Not a single thing. Opened a ticket with SDS and Twitch. But I am pretty sure they flipped the switch for drops and turned the office lights off and went home for the weekend.

any body else's progression freeze? I've had it stuck at 8% for 20 mins one time and another I redeemed pack, went back to stream, walked away and came back 20 mins later and it was still at 0%.

I claimed the 4 plus the special, and I didn't get them either.
Plus I logged in this morning, immediately got a 25k wheel spin, and those packs are not in my inventory. This is at least the 4th time they haven't given me my spin reward.

I created a ticket with Twitch and SDS. Twitch replied within an hour and said basic its not my account on their end, they can see I've claimed them and further troubleshooting will need to be via SDS. They have not yet replied.

I opened a few last night, They showed up hours after I had claimed the first one.

None of the ones that I claimed after that last night nor this morning had shown up yet when I checked earlier.

I spoke to customer support they told me that I needed to link my account which I already did, and then they claimed that they would contact twitch regarding the matter. Twitch contacted me yesterday and said that I needed to claim the packs which I already did and it seems as if the stream drops won't be fulfilled, very disappointing and time consuming.

I didn't receive my packs originally but can report that thankfully I got all of them. Took a few days for me.
