Can’t invite friends

Friend list is just blank. Literally cannot invite anyone to play against or with in ranked coop.

Came to make a thread about this
Tried to play some random dude in a friendly and we couldn’t invite each other.
Tried to do casual co-op and it said the same thing… wouldn’t this be an issue for their tournament this weekend?

This is such a joke. Coop is all I care to play these days and can't even do that anymore
These morons merge with EA or something? They can't even acknowledge that they are aware of the issue

Also have an empty friends list, but my buddy doesn't? Would be nice to be able to invite for coop.

I just looked this morning and my friends list was showing up again so maybe they figured out a fix without telling anyone
This company is pure trash for its lack of communication on anything not involving a pack or stub sale

I have this exact same issue. It was working the first day after linking unlinking restarting all the bs. Now we can't see each other. Anyone find a fix?

If you have PS5 you can invite your friend through group chat. Start a chat, go into co-op go back into your chat invite to game.

My friend list is still blank smh

Mine came back for a little while yesterday with everyone showing as "Offline". Was able to play a couple of matches with friends yesterday. Today they are gone again.

Just trouble shooting here. Do you make friends easily? Have you had friends before?

I've managed to get my friends list to show using a couple methods. Everyone shows as offline, but it shows up and I can send/receive invites.
1 - Restore Licenses in PS5 settings
2 - Disconnecting/Reconnecting from the Internet in the PS5 settings while in gameThey don't always work on first try, but after trying them both (mostly number 2) repeatedly the friends list shows up.

This is ridiculous. I'm in the same boat. How is SDS allowing an entire game mode not to work. Like if this was Battle Royale or Events they would be all over it. Or the shop!! God forbid if the shop wasn't working properly. But an entire game mode isn't playable right now. Just brutal.

It takes some repetition but eventually it works for me
