Well things get heated in “strikes only” leagues it’s no wonder you need a drink sometimes

True, but the free wins don't mean as much in the current iteration of RS. You don't get any points for a win. Yes, your rank goes up, but since I'll never make WS, I'd like one point please for a win. Or 10.
i hear you completely too - totally mate - my 2 RS games today lasted until the 2nd and 4th innings before they quit out - it sucks

Wouldn’t be so bad if
A. They gave you the full 9 innings played for the game to help with the objectives
B. If lasting fewer than 3 innings. It doesn’t impact pitcher stamina
C. The other person needs to get a 3 strike rule within a week. 1 strike. Warning. I mean. Genuine DC can happen. Strike 2. 2 hour ban. Strike 3. 1 week ban. -

If you gave penalties like that in Ranked and a freeze-off occured; nobody would want to quit out.

I have gotten better at taking losses as a man. Last year I would get pissed and quit, this year I just play to play. I had to stop getting pissed at things I couldn’t control (constant line outs and floating pitches)

This is kinda dumb. If they quit, and you are concerned about just eating up innings, just hop into another game. No time wasted at all.

Strike 3. 1 week ban.OK, but twice in the last couple of weeks my opponent used the rain and intentional lag pause to force a disconnect, so despite being tied in one game and leading the other, they quit, and I got the loss both times.
The first time I sent a ticket in and they basically said "too bad, so sad".
I just played a game, and I am a weak hitter, where I take a 1-0 lead on a homer for a guy I needed for prestige program (2020) and got dashboarded.
Nothing I can do except move on to the next game.
