The true problem with RS season 2
-
I understand folks getting worked up about the new "non-sell" approach to the WS reward pack (earned by points). I'm over it and will work with the program as it stands. I use RS to earn TA2 points and I'm not really too concerned with my record (and it shows).
But... I digress.
The biggest problem? SDS's math. Everything you earn is in increments of 5, 10 or 15. EXCEPT... the first 9 innings you play. You get 1 point. You don't get any points for wins, which stinks. That might keep a few players around for a few more innings.
So, I will either finish this program with 101, 106 or 111 points. As an accountant, I'm highly offended.
I feel better. Thank you for letting me rant about stupid things. Or, rip me in responses below. Either way, I'm good.

That's your fault for earning Holds.

I earn my holds completely by mistake. I typically pitch my guys into the ground for the XPs. But, I did get 3, earned my 5 points, so... I'm still always going to end with a 1 or a 6 (because of the 1 point for 9 innings played, which throws everything into a tizzy).

It took me 6 days to finish the RS program with one Sat of playing a lot and the rest just a couple of games a day. I suggest buying all the mission cards and stacking a lineup as that speeds it up (Jon Gray sucks but Mazeroski surprisingly raked).
BR took 1.5 days so both are very doable.

BR insanely fast to do.... You can get it done in around 20 games or so.

Facts
I completed it with two 9 win runs and completing the BR program player missions I had on those teams
Was shocked at how fast it went

You guys are outliers. Most people can't get it done near that fast. It took me about 10 hours. I can no longer win 9 games in a run. Most runs for me are like 4-6 wins and I can assure you there are a ton of people that it would take longer than that.

You should get better internet. And use a monitor.

Great monitor (1440 120 and 1 ms) and google fiber. Don't need 4k monitor and internet is top notch. I just suck but my point being there are a lot of people worse than me and it will take them longer.

You should look into moving to one of the coasts so you could get better internet.

To be honest I could careless its not sellable and here is why
I complete a program I always get a no sellable reward to me the RS flash under that as well and it currently stand you earn a card that would normally be 200k.
The BR program because there is an entry fee I get the no sell issue so I think we can still look at that discussion.
The RS program is a lot of fun if you know your skill level and what you want to accomplish. For me I know I'm not a WS player so let's get a card and knock out alot of TA stuff. For myself at my current rate I'm getting something after every game at this point weather's it's a single pack or a new players plus I am playing lose so I do pretty well.
