Are we at a point where we can be justified in asking for a better Nolan Gorman card?

And it looks like he is getting one (92 overall) in addition to Wilson Contreras getting one (94 overall)

He has two possible topps now cards they could add today in the archive.
Might make me do Topps Now this time lol

Man, Gorman with the Tyler O'Neill boost has started out well for me. Two conquest games and he is 4-4 with three home runs.
The O'Neill boost helped me do something I have never done before that I can remember....
Back to Back to Back to Back to Back! 5 consecutive Homeruns.

they give him the same FS card every year...if they actually gave him passable defense he's usable

I play offline. Defense is really not a huge consideration for me in that case.
If I played online then I am sure my attitude would change.

Sounds like live Gorman lol, he is an absolute masher right now. And to think, many wanted to trade him and Carlson for Soto. Would have been Alcantara/Gallen part 2

Kyle tucker had his best year on the bases last year and his speed/stealing went down lol. These fools don't care about anyone who isn't a superstar or a yankee.
-
I think Gorman will also get either a POTM or more likely could be the All Star Card for TA.

They are awful with speed guys can have 20 steals and still get a 60 speed and steal rating

Base stealing has little or nothing to do with the speed that they give players, especially current players. I believe they have said that they use Statcast's Sprint Speed metric.
Kyle Tucker ranks 307th on that list out of 409 players.

After last nights clutch performance (again) he has definitely put himself into contention. I hope his 92 Topps now card last week does not disqualify him.
As of this morning, for May, Fangraphs has him
3rd in WAR
1st in WRC+
1st in SLG
5th in AVG
5th in RBIs
1st (tied with 5 others) in HRsStill 10 days to go though. Things can swing in a big way with that many games left.

https://baseballsavant.mlb.com/sprint_speed_leaderboardI'm fine with his speed being low, but he deserves to have at least 85 steal. How it went down is beyond me. He went 25-4 and it went down from last year when he went 14-2.
