Difficulty for grinding

I play on allstar so my timing isnt that messed up once i play online.

If I’m grinding stats I play rookie. If I’m just playing conquest or min seasons without grinding I play all star or HOF so it doesn’t mess me up online.

From what I understand it 1.0x for offline and 1.5x for online. And I think you get a higher half percentage if it's on a higher difficulty.

This right here. I always play on All-Star for offline so I don't mess up my timing. And playing on the lower difficulties just isn't fun.

Rookie is no bonus and 10% for each level above.

Play where you can still dominate. If you can’t score at will on that difficulty lower it. You want to put up as many stats as possible.
