I can't play due to disconnects

Had a disconnect last night and just had another one in the first inning. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I contacted playstation and they mentioned port forwarding for this game. Not sure how to do that. Can someone from the SDS team give me some ideas on how to fix this? It's not my internet.

If it’s only happening online it’s 100% your internet. If you do a search of your question it’s been answered a ton. This is the most sensitive game for a constant connection I’ve ever seen made. I personally had this problem until I switched to fiber from a different company. I was hard wired as well with my old provider.
