Same issue, but at this stage of this capitalism-battered game, I have come to expect subpar results. Our fault for being consumers, I guess.

So if they’re going to go the route of just silence and think we’re just going to forget about that 30k XP, that’s an absolute joke
If you’re not going to be able to fix it and give people the 30k XP they didn’t get, then just announce it cannot be fixed and that you’ll try again next season
If they go radio silent that is an awful stance/look

I was told I won some packs and XP to start me off on the new season. Is that what we are speaking of? I didn’t receive those if so.

I think someone said they removed any mention of it from the menu even. Can't confirm since I'm not home. But seems like we might just take the L on this one.
