Will they lose their value when set/series 3 cards come out? I am just wondering on holding players like the WBC 99 Ohtani. Do you think there might be another collection, to keep the value up?

Or because there are no longer packs with them in it they become rare and skyrocket in value due to scarcity.

Oh I’m sure they’ll start giving those packs out like candy in conquest maps as SET 1 expires. Maybe even this SET 2 XP path. I could definitely see them putting some around the world packs in the there

I think WBC Ohtani is different than the others and holds his value higher than anyone, possibly even going up.

If you play online it’s very hard to not go with Ohtani as the wildcard because he is two wildcards in one. Also he won’t be back in packs if they do choose to re-release the others because he was the Chase pack player.

I have a hunch they won’t do anything that will let people profit from cards that were available for “free”.

Anything that stops people from buying Stubs…yeah…they aren’t going to do that.

last year if I recall they eventually put all the Chase players back in the Chase pack and made it a guaranteed diamond card.
