I get hits every game from perfect/perfect as well as balls I am late on. I also make outs from the same perfect/perfect and late hits.
I would even wager that Bryce Harper, Mookie Betts, Aaron Judge, & a whole host of other elite hitters have hit ground outs and pop ups on balls they believed they hit "perfectly". It's baseball and nothing is a guaranteed hit or HR.
You are aware the pitcher's attributes are factored in to this equation right?

Really good players practice everyday before jumping online to play. Myself personally if I take off longer then a week find online play difficult for a few innings.

I don't know, every Madden forum I have ever been on has been far worse IMO. Toxic doesn't even begin to describe it.
