Grinding our Cruz and Albies player xp for the missions but doesnt seem to be counting? Is this a known issue?

For their individual missions or the group charisma player one? I don't believe there is an issue.
I assume you are playing in an eligible mode?

Correct. For the individual XP. Yeah playing conquest, Play Vs CPU. Still not moven.
