Collin in April of 2020 claimed to read almost everything. I find that hard to believe since their support staff can't even finish reading a ticket before copy/pasting a generic response which doesn't address the issue or solve anything.
You will see devs post on here every once in a while, but more often than not they are posting something about the app while ignoring game play concerns or major bugs. Ex. Field of Dreams was legimately broken last year for months even though it worked fine in 21. They finally fixed it the day of the Field of Dreams event, almost as if they had no idea it was broken the whole time and finally decided to play a game there before pushing out the content.

They may lurk in the forums, but they will rarely respond, even to what appears to be legitimate issues. Part of it is because they don't want to open themselves to a ton of requests, and part is because they really don't care about us beyond transferring as much money out of our bank accounts into theirs.

Does "SDS" read these posts?
They have community managers who do. The surely know what the big issues are, how the community is reacting to things, etc. But I doubt gameplay designers/programmers/live content people are on here often -- it would not be good for their mental health.
