Just see the ball and hit the ball man. It’s veteran.

With all due respect sir, these are definitely not veteran. It may say that, but they are definitely not.

The Kirk moment is in the Mexico City program. Again, hit a homer with a guy that has 70 power. Really???

Setting us up to fail with that one.

I’m quite positive that thousands of players have completed that moment.

If there is one program that I HATE with a passion, it is the Topps Now program. Nothing but a bunch of “set us up to fail multiple times “ Moments for cards that are irrelevant.

Give us a Conquest Map or “something” (anything) to satisfy this program without using a bunch of cards that are not able to get the job done to satisfy the Moment

Easily the worst part of DD. Inarguably.

There. I said it. I feel much better. 😀

What the eff does vision have anything to do with the moment. Vision is the size of your OUTER PCI. It’s an inconsequential attribute when it comes to moments. Vision is basically your ability to foul off pitches. If you’re relying on the outer pci to hit a homer than you will be doing your moments until the cows come home because you’ll never hit a homer if the ball is hit with the outer pci. Maybe learn to hit with zone. The moments are really easy. As for the usefulness of the cards, well, you’ll need them for the collection to get Chipper, Babe and Pedro. I would say that makes them pretty useful.

So, the 40 plus Topps Now cards you can get for free, are a part of the Set One Collection. These FREE cards are far from irrelevant in many ways, but the big one being they got me to the 220 cards I'm currently at in Set One.

Took me 5 minutes honestly, Kirk crushes the ball. I was done all the Mexico program moments in about 20 minutes.

Directional is your friend in any moments. I actually find the pitching moments harder so far this year.

And one more thing, The "inarguable" worst part of Diamond Dynasty, is actually the rampant disconnects that are killing online modes. If you played online you would understand how frustrating it is to be winning a game after 8 and 2/3 innings, only to end up in a freeze off and take a loss because you don't feel like sitting around for hours.

But yeah dude, sorry you can't hit a home run, against the CPU on Veteran, with unlimited attempts.

The only ones that are somewhat difficult are the maton one, cause it's Detroit, and the one in Cleveland, cause it's Cleveland. I didn't even need to switch to directional for these.dont be swing happy and wait for a pitch to drive

Topps now moments is actually one of the few things I look forward to tackling every week. I don't really love the PXP portion of the program but usually enjoy the moments.

Yet people have completed these moments... lol

I even did it using normal swing... just have to hit the right pitch and swing at the right time.

using directional this should be super easy... pick the best part of the field for that player depending on if they are a pull hitter or not, and swing at a pitch that looks good... take the other pitches no matter if they are balls or strikes.

I said this in my original post at the top, but I feel we are set up to fail , not success, in these moments. For example, the Lewis moment. He hit a pinch hit homer to win a game. So, the numbers for Lewis should be such that I can hit one for him without directional/power swing/flip left stick up nonsense that we have to do with many of these.

I am recreating a moment that already happened. He should have 125 across the board. IMO.

I’m not asking to be given the moment, I’m asking to be set up to complete it and not have to post in the “put your frustrating moment here” thread. 😀. I’m ok with a time or two, not getting it. But 10 plus times? Ridiculous.

Yes,,if I swing too early or too late or with my eyes closed, etc. I should not complete the moment. But a good swing at a good pitch should get it done. And that’s not the case.

And perfect/perfect should ALWAYS satisfy the moment.

Anyway, these are my thoughts. I know many don’t agree. That’s fine! 👍🏻
