XP Reward Path - 25k Bonus Wheel Visuals

I got to 531k and went into the Season 1 program screen and nothing. The screen just sat there and buzzed. I submitted a ticket, but I’m wondering SDS should change the graphic to show what the reward was. I’ve checked the program screen from my XBox, PS5, and Switch with the same results for all three.

I got to 834k and loss the reward many times.

Yeah, it is definitely an issue. I'd say the 25k spin works 1/2 to 3/4 of the time. At first, I thought it was me backing out of the screen before the animation to run the spin loaded. However, that is not the case, and exiting to lose a reward shouldn't be a possibility for users. I've also seen what other users describe, the spin fails, come into the game next time and it runs, but no reward is collected. If the spin deal is flaky, as it appears it is, then maybe the system should just do a random pack award (without the spin animation - which is nice looking but not functional) in the meantime. That random award system at least seems to work in other areas of the game. Or just expand the reward path to infinity and do the random auto drop every 25k like it does for other rewards on the path.
I submitted a ticket awhile ago, along with an update with additional info, and never heard a response. No worries on that as I figured it was early in the game and other higher priority items existed.

Let me add my experience as well. 2 spins 2 Diamond pack wins and nothing as well. Yippee

I got my first spin the other day and I got the choice WBC/Charisma pack and thankfully it worked just fine. I had the animation and then the pack was in my inventory. Fingers crossed for subsequent experiences as well

50k and 100k milestones seem to be the problem. So the wheel spin really does only work half the time.

I noticed if I didn’t go into the path after I finished my 25k path and entered into another game automatically granted me 7.5k stubs

I got an around the world choice pack from the Ranked Seasons program. Pulled and picked Trout.
My last wheel spin, I got another around the world choice pack. It ghosted.I submitted a ticket. Has anyone gotten anything rectified yet?

I just got the spin animation, after signing back in from leaving a freeze off, and it showed I won a Diamond Duos Pack.
But it isn't in my Inventory.
Wondering if it's worth filing a ticket.

Happened to me a couple times now… just spun the WBC/Charisma Pack and it’s not in my inventory.
Seems to be when i land on gold and above.
We shouldn’t have to put s ticket in… this should be addressed

I can tell you this for a fact. If the wheel spin was broken in our favor and was handing out rare free stuff it would have been fixed in 24 hours.. FACT

This just happened to me again 3rd time. No wheel no reward this is [censored]. Why would anyone BUY stubs.

Several times I’ve had rewards from the wheel appear in my inventory without actually going through the process. When I login the next session the wheel graphics come up, I start it up, and the reward is what I received the session before. That makes me think the rewards are just predetermined without it mattering where I stop it. Seems a bit sketchy. Sorry.

@sds I have had the reward screen come up right when I logged into the game. I ended up with a silver reward of 5 show packs but when I went into my inventory, nothing was there. When I went back into the main program it showed that I had just gotten the 25Kxp reward as I was 1000+ xp into the next cycle. Is this a known issue?

Had this happen. Showed me a choice pack between Charisma WBC pack but the pack choice or pack never showed. Double checked binder to see if I had a dupe 97 and I did not. Not a complaint. I will say you guys have some serious issues going on though. Between this and the mini seasons deal. Working folk like myself don't have alot of grind time. When we get it. We like it to count. Nothing more, nothing less. Thanks

Nope, they hit you with the "we're investigating" to make you think they are going to do something.
