Who is your prediction for the monthly lightning card?

I’d like to see Xander Boegarts,Max Muncy or Acuna but my gut feeling is Matt Chapman or Gerritt Cole. I mean to be completely honest Ohtsni has been as dominate as anyone on the mound this year. I know he won’t get the POTM but he deserves it as much as anybody. No one does what he does. Already has 6 home runs and a ERA under .70. Who else can do that?

Acuna leads the league in SB and is the only guy with an OPS > 1.000 with walks about equal to his K's. He deserves it. But Marsh has like 5 triples and is raking. Muncy just has 11 HR. Low average, high SO.
I don't care WHO the Lighting card is so long as we get a Joey Gallo MA card. HR every 6 at bats! Average around .250! Let's GO.

I'm curious to see who's gonna get the first monthly card for the show 23.
I'm not really able to watch games often since I work during the day so I don't really know who's performing well lol.
What's the prediction here guys? Why don't you watch night games.
I'm also not so looking forward to the POM. I WILL do the program of course, but I hope it's done better than last year.I'm usually too tired once I'm home from work and relax by playing the show mostly or watching stuff on disney plus lol.
I usually fall asleep early too bc I wake up so early. -
Spencer Strider seems most deserving. However a Chapman would be the most useful with so few quality lefty relief pitchers in the game.
-
Kelenic, Bichette, Adolis Garcia, and Patrick Wisdom are some hitters I’d imagine could be choices.

this is a man of culture, Gallo and Sonny Gray are the clear cut lightning players. No bias at all

At this point who really cares. 99s all over the field kinda takes the enthusiasm out of the sails on these types of programs.
Not a complaint either. It is what it is but I don't have excitement towards programs this year like I have in years past.
Agreed. Chances are the lightning card is the only one with a shot to crack most lineups, and not worth the pain in the [censored] to grind lol. Only doing it for set 1 cards for chipper / babe

Sorry, guys. Pretty sure it's going to be Shintaro Fujinami. Probably a few deserving candidates on the A's pitching staff (incredible numbers they've put up out of the gate this year as a unit), but my money's on Fuji.
Yep.

He just had another incredible game. A few feet away from homering a cycle. Unreal. I already know we won’t even get a card in this program from him. I would like to see a Yoshida card in the program though. Maybe a 97.
