Glitch in this game -- never -- 10 out of 10 fanboys says SDS is perfect so must be you cause sure as heck is not the game
but being serious -- I have no issues with the game coming out a tad buggy here and there IF fixed quickly HOWEVER not the case and it's not a tad buggy it's like infested with them and more seem to pop up daily.

Yes, it is a glitch that should not happen. Yes, it is an SDS screw up.
Although, many tried to warn those who asked about it that the extra points earned has never been able to be carried forward in these style of multi-stage programs.
But, for the last two weeks all that has been needed is the Moments and the 1000 PXP with the players earned while playing Moments. Both weeks, I did it playing a single vs CPU game on rookie with those players. I have not done a flashback mission since week 1.

Last week there were 54 points available only 50 needed. Points don't carry over so if you did the extra 4 point mission or moment last week it's reflecting on your score this week

I have the same issue. How you suppose to complete the program. Says I have 56 but I didn’t get the cards.

You can still complete it. for the last two weeks you have only needed the Moments and the PXP missions. The flashback missions are not required unless maybe you want to skip a moment.
Each portion of the program has enough points to complete that section.
