RTTS power archetype not progressing.

I’ve tried making 3 total players in the power archetype.

I’ve deleted the first 2 of them to try to jump start the program on the 3rd with no success.

Has anyone found a fix in 23?

I check where I'm at in progression, then play next available. Seem to work. You have to be online for progression to work as well.
