Just watched a streamer's, won't say his name, Roster Update Prediction video and he ended the video by saying that he has a team, that includes himself, that will grind for people that don't have the time for a nominal feel. Will guarantee a 12-0 BR run among others.
How can someone blatantly offer that and get away with it?

There's many people that offer it tbh.
But how many actually do get banned is the real question? -
I'll just play my 100 BR games and get the reward myself.

Why would anyone give a total stranger their login and password information just to win fake prizes?
Having said that, I do think it should result in a lifetime ban for both the player granting access to this and the streamer doing it.
However, I doubt anything will be done, especially if nobody reports it. SDS seems to have an "if it isn't costing us real world money let it slide" mentality.

There’s literally people who offer this in the comments on MLB the shows twitter feed. People are pretty brazen.

Was going to say the exact same thing. A certain one has one of the first comments to every MLB the show twitter account tweet advertising his service.

Logging into your account on a friends console is literally one of the selling points PS has over Xbox. Not only CAN you do that, he’s also allowed to download MLB the show 2023 and play on his own account for free. This isn’t why people get banned, they get banned for 0-0 games on repeat.
