MLB the Show 23.
I knew better then to buy this sorry excuse for a baseball game.
SDS you tricked me into getting this game once again.
Servers stink, content stinks, hitting mechanics stink, pitching mechanics stink.
But good thing though.... Kaufman Stadium is playable.
Lucky I have a real life and plan on not wasting my time on this sorry excuse for a baseball game.
Grade D.... Yep SDS gets it wrong again.
Good marketing tacticts though.....

Meh programs better in 23 imo. It was worth the money but don’t see how much longer it will be worth playing. Maybe season 2 breaths some life back but the further we get away from the new feeling the less it really feels fun. But once TA is done and innings for WS it’s just kind of like whatever. I find myself getting bored lately and ripping packs which are at best 1:150-200 for 99.99% purple diamond and big losses. I don’t care what it says on there. Every now and then grind a little to get a whopping 3k-7500 for 25k xp.
But like I said I definitely feel like I got my $100 worth.

Check swing doesn't work.
Xbox players and crossplay ruins this game online.
The overall gameplay is incredibly unrealistic.
Card stats and attributes are ridiculously idiotic and just dumb.
Not enjoyable IMO....

I bought it for the negro league content. Hitting reminds me of 20 pre patch, but the flaws are working their way to the front.

Owned every Show since ‘14, and I’ve probably enjoyed this one the most this early in the season.
To each their own I guess. I will say I have turned off cross-platform play though. I have found the games against Xbox players to be… less than enjoyable. But that’s me.

And you will make the same post in 24. If you have to say every game is worse than the last when it just isn't true then you just don't like this game period. The Servers are only a problem in 3v3 co-op from my experience so if you have problems anywhere but there its probably your internet. I'm indifferent on the content so not going to say whether your opinion is right or wrong there. The gameplay is objectively better than 18-22. You are just wrong here
