Random flickering on ps5

My game is randomly flickering. The colors randomly get light and darker. I just noticed this yesterday. Is this a problem or is it just my hdmi port or maybe my tv? Thank you and have a happy easter.

Make sure to manually set your tv settings correctly I had a similar issue using automatic display settings

I took my tv out of gaming mode and put it back in and now it seems fine. Thanks for the respomses!
