Budget friendly? What do you want it to do? Probably the best solution right now is the 42” LG C2 TV. It’s better than the monitors out there and it cost less than a 4K 120Hz monitor with specs close to it.

Honestly I tried to find the same thing but you really need a 4k monitor with 120HZ and they are just stupid expensive right now I got a used 42 inch for like $200 on facebook marketplace

I like 1080p 24 inch monitors, I find it to be the most ideal size to be disciplined in the strike zone. I recommend 120 hz monitors.
