it definitely was, i went from 75k, to nothing, up to 150k, back down to like 10k, and they probably thought i bought stubs. quit acting smart, i did nothing to get banned, just shut up if u aren’t tryna be a good person u just start problems in all of ur posts -

Every single one of the people who have posted or replied to a comment in this thread has been in a situation where something happened to you and you thought “what the heck?!” or “what’s going on here?!” … a situation that was both surprising and confusing. Then, at some point later on, you told a few friends or acquaintances about it because you still couldn’t understand why it happened.
What if those so-called “friends” or acquaintances just gave you a blank stare like they couldn’t care less and said ”I mean, write them an email and if you didn’t do anything wrong, they’ll fix it.”?
If you were flabbergasted by the situation you’d just shared with them, you’d think they were being pricks who didn’t care about it. In reality, they likely replied with something like ”that sucks, man.” or ”I hope you contact them about it because that doesn’t sound right. Sorry that happened, my guy.”
A little f-ing empathy is ok, for crying out loud.
OP - hopefully SDS will get back in touch with you in a timely manner. If I hadn’t done anything wrong, I’d wonder what was going on, too. Good luck!

Exaggerate much? Just because you don't agree with someone you have to exaggerate to an extreme because you know you don't have much of an argument for your side! That shows you are weak! Since you went extreme with two exaggerations shows that your comment is very weak! Sometimes, you just have to know which fight to fight and when you have two go to two different extremes is an argument you have zero chance of winning or even being taken seriously!

The forum, sure. One rogue mod blew through here and permanently banned about a dozen forum regulars over the course of a week or two with no explanation. People you definitely would not expect to be banned that were consistent contributors. Then the forum was basically a lawless wasteland for at least a month while trolls tore up the place.
I don't know about false market bans though. Last year, every person I remember who claimed innocence was eventually exposed as getting caught up in some kind of market manipulation. It's possible, but less likely than a forum mod with a God complex wrecking shop.

There was plenty of false market bans last year, accounts we’re getting banned left, right and center some were guilty others were reinstated. There was already issues with quick sell values and quick selling cards this year. Is there market manipulation going on in this game? Absolutely, but I believe its “innocent until proven guilty” and after what happened last year, especially on these forums I wouldn’t put it past SDS to falsely ban people and their accounts.

Exaggerate? I was one of the people banned on this forum for LOLing in that thread. I also remember plenty of people with claims of their account getting banned for stub manipulation getting back on here to thank SDS for reinstating their accounts. It’s best to know wtf you’re talking about before arguing something with someone.

I will say being banned from the forum and from the game are two different things. I infamously got banned for making a friends joke because it happened to be in a certain thread. But that was just the forum. No biggie.
@JEEZY-E_MLBTS is right, there were rash of bannings that were reversed in the game because there was some severe market manipulation and most were legit, some were not and there were links you could go to, to be exonerated. I assume those still exist. Look to see if the Ohtani price was highly inflated at the time you sold. As noted, SDS will fix the issue if there was truly no manipulation.

SDS ban system is flawed and you would think with the amount of money they make, it would be better. I was banned last year for Market manipulation etc for selling a pair of cheats that I got from grinding RTTS. They claim you can appeal it but in the same breath say that all bans are non negotiatable.

mate dont worry about random idiots on this forum there are plenty - look at it this way - if you truly did nothing wrong, then your account will get fixed by SDS easily - please email them about this and im sure you are good if you say you are just a gamer playing for fun nothing dodge

The packs are trash and the game is horrible right now, so consider yourself lucky. I usually stick up for the game, but this is the worst year. I wish they would ban me

Just throwing some ideas out there. Is there any sort of account sharing that you are doing, sold anything other than shohei, etc? There was a false ban wave last year so I'm not on the "you aren't telling us the whole story" train like I used to be I just want to know what may have flagged you for the ban, because it wasn't you selling Ohtani.

That false ban wave happened around the same time last year as well, early in the games life cycle.

I played a game in DD at 4pm. Went to take dog to training class and came back to a Ban for Points Manipulation. I wonder how I did that. I have only played DD ( Verlander Program, WBC Program and about 6 games of Mini Seasons. NOTHING else. So how am I points Manipulating? I used a downloaded stadium for mini seasons and i flipped some cards. Seems Interesting

While yes that is true what do I gain from that? And to answer the question those were games skipped to get to home games in Mini Seasons.
