Cross Platform??

I have cross play turned on and I own a series x and ps5. I play on PS5. Ever since MLB 21 though when I played a friend on Xbox just to check game out it shows me as an Xbox user to all parties. It even indicated that’s in my game history under profile as well. Any thoughts on why? Or how to fix?

I believe it shows the platform you are playing on rather than your primary account regardless of the console you are on.

That’s the confusing part. Shows Xbox for everything even though I only played on Xbox one time

Interesting. When I’m on my Switch, there is a red icon, PS blue, and Xbox green.
Which account is your primary in your link?

This has always been a mess since crossplay came about. Sometimes it shows me a PS in the ranking and sometimes it shows me as Xbox. I think it’s just glitchy and does whatever it wants and they haven’t been able to fix it.

I’m starting to feel that way about. Figured by now they would’ve fixed it.
