Face Scan

Has anyone got this to work yet? My companion app is only updated to mlb 22 and doesn’t show a face scan option.

Just read through the boards. The apple app for whatever reason isn’t updated yet and can’t use it I’d have apple.

I belive if you havd an iphone it may be because apple needs to certify the update from 22 to 23. And that always takes time with apple. Don't quote me on that though. That's my guess.

I've done it on android. The result was pretty hideous. Now, I may not have done it perfectly as it said it was not optimal but the face was imported into the show.
I did not keep it. Nobody wants to look like a 58 year old rookie who is supposed to be 18 in RTTS.

I've been trying for days on Android to get this to work. I can't get it to work for anything keeps telling me to log into the system which of course I am and I have the companion app but it still isn't working

Mine is working but it doesnt even come close to my face. Tried multiple times, different lighting and it still looks horrible.

Agreed. I tried a couple of different scans but it looks nothing like me. I have a beard and it barely even gives me slight goatee.

It took mine FOREVER. It eventually did it, but that was after I created what the dude looked like. Unfortunately, it looked NOTHING like me, so I just went with it.

Yeah I thought the NBA 2k face scan was bad but this is right up there. It's disappointing, especially after the preview they had showing the SDS guy's face scan, which looked pretty much just like him.

Late to reply here but the app did update for iPhone. The face scan worked very well. My player actually looks a lot like me. Pretty awesome.
