Player vault not loading but everything else is

Im using both xbox one s and nintendo switch and i can load everything on the vault like rosters and sliders but i cant load players it keeps saying player unavailable. It seems no matter how much i cycle through or switch categories it doesnt load. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have to on Xbox hit search the c button and everything shows up. The only way I can see the vault players
