Xbox one S performance issues

I’ve tried so many different display options on the console and emptied a lot of space on the console but the game runs so choppy. I never had a problem with 21 on the original Xbox one and I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue? It’s basically unplayable right now with the choppy frames and gameplay.

It was like that for me before I upgraded and honestly they should stop selling it for last gen if they won't optimize it to run well
