I think our accounts may have been accidentally banned because at release when I opened the free Derek Jeter pack my friends told me that I had apparently opened like 30 of them due to the mobile app glitching out. If that happened between you and your friends that may be the issue.

I haven’t even been able to access DD since the game came out. I started to think last night that maybe I got banned. I don’t know though. Frustrating

Agreed its very frustrating, hard to believe they cant fix an account issue. Been going back and forth with support for 2 days

nope just gave me possible ways to fix that i have already tried. Now the person working on my case is making tweaks to my account and i probably have to wait until the morning for a response

I was able to fix mine. I’m at my college atm, and the wifi is wack. I connected using my hotspot on my phone.

I just saw this but i was somehow able to bypass it earlier while switching my internet from ethernet to my phones hotspot. Now i cant connect anymore after playing all day. Only reason i got off the game was because it crashed and now im stuck in this never ending loop again.

Can a dev please answer I havnt been able to play for more than 3 days of the early access period and i oaid to do so.

Nope got 5 tickets where 3 of them they havnt answered back. Tried everything and somehow someone is playing against me account on friendliest when I can’t even get in -

Nope got 5 tickets where 3 of them they havnt answered back. Tried everything and somehow someone is playing against me account on friendliest when I can’t even get inDon't send multiple tickets. Yes it's frustrating when they don't answer right away; but sending multiple tickets bogs them down which causes later than normal replies.
